Gregory P. Franz is a Musical Director and Multi-Instrumentalist from Long Island, New York, who has performed throughout the Island, as well as New York, Spain, Ireland, Scotland, and London, England.
Greg holds a B.S. in Music Education from Long Island University (LIU Post), with an emphasis on both jazz and classical performance. He also holds an M.A. in Musical Direction from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (which was ranked #4 Best Conservatory in the world in 2022) studying under multiple West End conductors.
Since graduating, Greg worked for P&O Cruises (subsidiary of Carnival UK) as a Bandleader and Ship Musical Director/Supervisor, and worked as a pit musician for professional theatrical productions throughout the United Kingdom, ranging from regional theatre, Off-West End, and most notably, the West End production of Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.
